American Express currently has openings for target-driven sales people for a variety of roles within their award-winning Customer Service Centre in Brighton.

As part of our Inbound sales team youll be responsible for providing American Express card members with the highest levels of customer support, whilst recognising their needs with options for cross-selling our award-winning portfolio of products and services.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a winning, focused team that will provide you with initial comprehensive training and continuous ongoing development.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a fast-paced, call centre or similarly target-driven environment
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional service
• Clear focus, productive and results driven
• Active listening and questioning skills
• The ability to build rapport at all levels
• Ability to retain product information, policies and procedural guidelines
• Effective objection handling skills
