Company / Role Overview:
You’ll lead your team of Team Managers who in turn manage teams of 10-14 sales advisors, and manage multiple product ranges across a number of complex customer segments. Joining our Senior Leadership team, you’ll help to create our strategic vision by shaping and delivering the best practices in central telephony sales.

You’ll deliver a world-class sales performance from your team, listen to the ideas of others and share knowledge, consistently looking for opportunities to benchmark and gain industry intelligence. That means creating and communicating a vision of success, and aligning and motivating your sales teams behind it through transformational leadership.

You’ll need excellent leadership skills to develop a team of team leaders and performance coaches, and will demonstrate entrepreneurial and innovative approaches to achieving team targets, trying different things to maximise results.

Key Skills / Experience required:
Experience of managing Team Leaders in an Inbound Sales role with an in-direct responsibility for circa (100 †150 FTE)

• Leadership skills are critically important including the ability to build a focused, collaborative, results-oriented work group
• Ability to drive sales volumes from a product perspective whilst balancing this with broader market awareness and an understanding of the need to respond to changes in customer demand
• A good business understanding is important and high performing Sales Managers will show a keen interest in their market sector and in how their efforts contribute to the success of the company as well as demonstrating a good understanding of sales management processes
• Whilst product/industry knowledge is not essential, an appreciation of regulatory compliance is important
• Knowledge of good practice gained in a similar B2C contact centre environment is essential
