Sales & Customer Service Manager (Contact Centre), Salary: £25- £35,000 base, bonus. Location: South East
This is a newly created opportunity for a performance management focussed, Contact Centre Manager. The individual will be passionate about developing people, increasing morale and through the effective leadership of people, maximising performance.
This will be a sales and customer service focussed position within a blended environment. In addition to the ongoing people and contact centre department management and KPIs, the role will also be involved with the delivery of the business strategy and have scope to potentially become more of a Head of role. It will also oversee intraday and planning etc. The Customer Experience will be key to all sales and service activities.
Candidates will have a proven and established track record within call centre management in a sales and service environment, a can do attitude and a passion for the development of people. They will have the ability to engage at all levels and present to senior management and a desire to become involved in additional areas regarding the growth and development of the contact centre and business.
