Sales Team Manager, salary 18K-23K + bonus/bens, location South East (Essex)

Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager, this role carries responsibility for the day-to-day management and motivation of approximately 15 contact centre agents.

Specific responsibilities will include:-

*Achievement of Outbound or Inbound Sales Service Levels and Call Quality targets in line with call forecasts.

*Manage, motivate and develop Team Members, promoting a results focussed and positive working environment.

*To ensure correct adherence to all sales policies and procedures / compliance issues

*To conduct team meetings and monthly one-to-ones with team members

*Manage day-to-day absenteeism / lateness issues etc

The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing a sales focussed (outbound / inbound) team within a contact centre / call environment.
