LiveOps named in OnCloud 100

LiveOps has been chosen by AlwaysOn as one of the OnCloud Top 100 winners.

This is the fifth time they have been honoured. Inclusion in the OnCloud 100 signifies leadership amongst its peers, and approaches and technologies that are likely to disrupt existing markets.

The company was selected based on a set of five criteria: innovation, market potential, commercialisation, stakeholder value and media buzz.

“It is an honour to be selected for the fifth year in a row,” said Vasili Triant, CEO of LiveOps. “We understand that a customer’s experience with a brand is among the most important elements in any transaction. A good experience means a happy customer—a bad experience means the potential loss of a customer and future customers who hear about that negative experience.”

Jabra appoints new Business Development Manager

Jabra has welcomed Kelly Dickson into the UK & Ireland Business Solutions team in the role of Telco Business Development Manager.

She will be responsible for managing all UK Telcos and Carriers, excluding British Telecom. This role will also include the onboarding of new partners as they start to grow their own unified communications business.

Robert Stockford

“Kelly brings strong partner experience to the Jabra UK channel team. In previous roles she has excelled at building relationships with personnel of all levels within her partner base, in order to nurture and grow her accounts,” said Robert Stockford, Channel Sales Director. “These skills will be invaluable as she focuses on acquiring new partners as well as managing existing ones, in order to develop their share of the headset category and support our ambitious growth targets.”

…And appoints new CEO

Jabra has appointed René Svendsen-Tune as CEO of GN Netcom and member of GN Store Nord’s executive management team.

René Svendsen-Tune replaces Niels Svenningsen, who has decided to resign as CEO for family reasons.

“As Niels is leaving, I am very pleased to see René being able and willing to accept the job as CEO of GN Netcom,” said Per Wold-Olsen, GN Store Nord Chairman. “To have such an experienced professional as René take over the leadership at this time will indeed secure continued smooth operations and continued execution of our 2014 – 2016 strategy.”
