Syntec partners with Worldpay

Worldpay and Syntec have agreed a global partnership which will enable businesses to accept telephone card payments securely without compromising end-user experience.

The joint offering has already been deployed by Miele, a domestic and commercial appliances manufacturer.

“We are delighted to have been selected by Miele for the CardEasy system and integration with our other contact centre management systems,” said Simon Beeching, Business Development Director at Syntec . “Combined with Worldpay’s proven international experience in payment processing, we are able to facilitate our client’s needs for secure phone payments via our cloud-based system, as well as scale up the service as we continue to grow globally.”

CardEasy ‘keypad payment by phone’ reduces business operating costs by enabling phone card payment acceptance without the sensitive card information being visible to call centre agents, or audible via call recordings.

injixo announces newly designed website

injixo is pleased to announce the release of its newly designed website, www.injixo.com.

It has been designed with a fresh look and user-friendly navigation, and is expected to be regularly updated with the latest information about injixo.

The website also contains facts about all available injixo features (including its fully-automated Forecast, Scheduling functionalities and the intraday management tool Act, agent portal Me, e-learning platform Learn and their Community).

“A lot of thought went into our new website,” said Chris Dealy at injixo. “We have tried to give a clear picture of what injixo can do – and how much it costs – while not providing so much detail that the information becomes out of date as soon as it is published. I hope that visitors like it and I would love to hear any feedback.”

Aspect Software and FIEBIG Business Communications, a solutions and services provider operating in Germany and internationally, have signed a partner agreement.

Under the terms of the agreement, Fiebig will now offer complementary solutions for Workforce optimisation, Back office integration and Omni-channel self-service.

Michael Muth has joined Aspect Software as Channel Sales Leader DACH and is responsible for the further expansion of the partner network.
