New contact centre opened in Wigan

Lowri Beck have officially opened their new Business Solutions Contact Centre at Westward House in Wigan.

The event opening was accompanied by the appearance of Team Captain for Wigan Warriors, Sean O’Loughlin and Wigan Athletic player Paul Scharner.The new 45-seat contact centre aims to provide customised business solutions for local and national small to medium enterprises, ensuring that these businesses gain a reputation for providing a quality and reliable support service to their customers. These services include overflow call handling, telemarketing and list qualification, and other business process support functions. Lowri Beck aims to combine their unrivalled customer service and technical aptitude with their intelligent use of technology to support the growth of these businesses and allow them to realise their service goals.

The opening of the Solutions Centre makes this the Wigan-based company’s third office in the town. Lowri Beck also have a Customer Service centre for their meter reading business in Rodney House, King Street and a National Operations Centre on Swan Meadow Lane, near Wigan Investment Centre. With an annual turnover now in excess of £10 million and over 150 people employed in their Wigan offices alone, Lowri Beck are now focusing their attention on using their expertise to assist other businesses through business process outsourcing support, further business and IT solutions, the Lowri Beck call centre services and providing field management solutions.

Lowri Beck looks forward to a period of continued growth and hopes that the success of the Contact Centre will lead to further expansion and the creation more job vacancies in the North West.
