At the Professional Planning Forum event, injixo will present three new features that are available as part of its WFM solution: injixo Forecast – the automated real-time data processing and forecasting engine that uses cloud computing and pattern recognition algorithms to provide a continually updated forecast with minimal user effort. injixo Act – an application for monitoring and managing KPIs, enabling call centre supervisors to maintain service quality at the desired level throughout the day. Users can monitor both current and future service levels and prevent upcoming over- or under-staffing situations – in advance via a PC, tablet or smartphone. injixo Me – the agent self-service portal that enables agents to interact with injixo WFM using the device that every agent has – the smartphone. Agents can view their shifts, request holidays, swap shifts, bid for shifts and get schedule notifications to drive adherence – all from their iPhone, iPad or Android device.
