New Training Course for Team Managers

Call Centre Helper have teamed up with Real Results Training to deliver an online training course for team managers and aspiring team managers.

This paid-for course deals with all aspects of team management and uses a live video feed with a chat room running in parallel, giving you the opportunity to ask questions of your fellow attendees and the speaker.

The course will cover the following key areas impacting team management:

  • Dealing with under-performers in your team
  • Attracting and retaining the best team
  • Leadership secrets for contact centre managers
  • Call and contact centre management skills

Starting on Tuesday 19th January 2016, this 5 x 1-hour course (1-2pm UK time) has a maximum of 50 attendees to allow for better feedback.
