The nominations process is now open for the North West Contact Centre Awards 2015.
The awards, organised by CallNorthWest, are free to enter and are open to call and contact centres based in the North West – with no limit on the number of categories that can be entered.
The awards aim to recognise and reward the achievements of individuals and organisations as they continually strive to achieve excellence.

- Agent of the Year
- Team Leader of the Year
- Support Person of the Year
- Contact Centre Hero of the Year
- Contact Centre Manager of the Year
Company categories
- Best Implementation of Technology
- Best Training Programme
- Best Customer Experience Programme
- Best Social Media Customer Service (new)
- Support Team of the Year
- Frontline Team of the Year
- Contact Centre of the Year (under 100 seats)
- Contact Centre of the Year (over 100 Seats)
