THE DATE: 23rd September 2014- 11th February 2015 THE LOCATION: Bristol THE DETAILS: As a topic that has sparked real interest within the contact centre industry, this is an opportunity to voice how you feel about the way performance management & quality monitoring currently works. Nexidia is sponsoring a set of workshops to help market leaders complete their first Strategic Quality Framework (SQF). Led by Martin Hill-Wilson all eight stages in the framework will be covered. Each workshop will be a mix of debate/decision and action planning. The goal is to complete that stage and then prepare for the next stage(s) of the SQF in between workshops. The final two workshops will focus on preparing for the P&Q Assessment where delegates will be required to show how their previous ecosystem compares to their upgraded ecosystem.
