The Financial Services Compensation Scheme is looking for call centres to register their interest in a procurement opportunity.

The Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) is the compensation fund of last resort for customers of authorised financial services firms.

The company requires the set-up of a call centre to be on standby should FSCS receive a high volume of customer contact following an incident or failure of a financial institution.
