Hi

There are several different ways of tackling this systems wise and it depends on if you want the information to integrate into your current HR system. A company called Application Lynx http://www.applicationlynx.co.uk specialises in Oracle HCM and might be able to help.

The most cost effective way is to set up excel spreadsheets yourself. Once you have them set up you can then just copy them for each quarter/year etc. The excel spreadsheets can calculate and analyze the data for you, all the information you would need could be put into 1 spreadsheet.

I agree with the excel spreadsheet setup. Its easy and you can adjust it yourself to match your requirements.
