Question: I need a catchy name for a new initiative - any suggestions?
We have a new initiative currently that we have started with the clients, called the Quality Fact File, that needs to be shared with the leaders and agents at the call centre. It mainly revolves around simple tips to improve Quality and the ownership that needs to be taken by each level. However, the title sounds too plain and I wish to have suggestions please on some catchy titles for the same, so that the campaign becomes more visible on the floor.
For example: When we did an initiative on Questioning, we named the caption as JUST ASK, which made it so catchy.
Any recommendations?
