The Forum have announced the fourteen organisations shortlisted for the Customer Contact Innovation Awards.

The following organisations have been shortlisted:

  • Ageas Retail Direct
  • British Gas Residential Energy
  • British Gas Services

  • HM Revenue & Customs
  • Hughes Insurance
  • Lowell Group
  • LV=
  • Motability Operations
  • Northumbrian Water/Essex and Suffolk Water
  • NHS Business Services Authorities
  • Response
  • RSA Insurance Group

The shortlisted organisations demonstrate outstanding innovation in planning, insight and quality – and all with the focus on raising standards and meeting increased customer expectations.

26 judges were involved in the shortlisting – many of whom are previous award winners or finalists themselves – and will be visiting each centre during January and February for an in-depth evaluation.

The winners will be revealed at the Gala dinner on the closing night of Customer Strategy & Planning 2015 taking place over 27th – 28th April in Newcastle.

“This year’s entries were again of a brilliant quality with a great breadth of topics,” said Steve Woosey, Chief Executive of The Forum. “The level of impact demonstrated by specialist support teams in these organisations is astounding. They have made change happen; confident skilled professionals really do make innovation a reality.”
