Call Centre Summit – a great success
The Call Centre and Customer Services Summit organised by Forum Events took place on 20th & 21st October 2008.The Summit, now entering its 6th year, ran over 2 days and everyone attended a gala dinner followed by a fun Casino evening, a great opportunity for networking.
IFDS were just one of over 50 senior call centre and customer service professionals who attended the last Summit, held at the Radisson SAS Hotel located at Stansted airport.
Delegates seized the opportunity to review and update themselves with the latest technology available on the market. They selected to meet confidentially with providers of their choice, in a relaxed, pressure-free environment.
