Call Centre Helper’s biennial awards aim to recognise the people who have gone that extra mile in helping to shape the contact centre industry as we know it today.

From those who have publicised industry best practice through writing books, hosting conferences and speaking on webinars, to the managers who have never failed to put a smile on their colleagues’ faces or nurture their agents to their full potential.

We last held our Best Respected Awards back in 2012. Carolyn Blunt was named the winner, closely followed by Ann-Marie Stagg and Martin Hill-Wilson. A total of 665 votes were cast and some inspirational feedback was given.
