Who won a Birthday Present?
To celebrate Call Centre Helper’s 5th Birthday, we promised presents to the best five answers or comments on the website. Click here to find out if you are a winner……
A bottle of champagne goes to Lynn Wood for her clever poem, expressing how Call Centre Helper has helped her over the years:
By 5 years old a child can walk
Has learnt to play and sing and talk
With words of wisdom from those who care
She learns to give and take and share
So in 5 years there’s much to learn
In both work and in play
At times advice can mean one thing
And change by the next day
But with Call Centre Helper, this isn’t true
Advice is great at best
Why read another magazine
When this beats all the rest?
Boxes of chocolates are on their way to the four runners up:
Darren Degiorgio for his comment relating to tips to improve listening on the telephone
Ian Harvey for his opinion on outsourcing
Marc Bowers for sharing his thoughts on investing time in your people
James Portcullis for his many comments and for being so modest about his contribution
Thanks to everyone for their ongoing contributions - keep the comments coming in!

Nice one. Thanks Jonty!

I’ve just returned from a week’s leave to see this news. Thanks very much!
