Danny Singer has been at the forefront of contact centre technology research & development for over 20 years. A graduate in Pure Mathematics and an experienced software architect and developer, he founded Noetica in 1997 and has led the company for the last 13 years to become one of the most innovative and creative forces in the delivery of cutting edge products for the contact centre industry. Danny has been the visionary behind Noetica’s original products which continue to be both intuitive and soundly based on rigorous mathematical principles originating in his early research in logic visualisation techniques carried out in the early to mid nineties. Since then Danny has continued to lead a team of uniquely talented and dedicated professionals constantly working on the refinement and enhancement of the original ideas and their implementation within Noetica’s Synthesys™ and Synthesys.NET™ product families. Noetica’s products are currently deployed around the globe and supported by the company’s growing professional services team. Large multinationals such as Time Warner, Microsoft & Allianz are benefiting from the products and services that the growing team under Danny’s leadership are creating. Before founding Noetica, Danny spent the first five years of his career developing advanced software systems for the Israeli Military Intelligence. Since 1987 he has been working in the UK first as the Head of Development and then as Technical Director at Capscan, a software development company specialising in advanced geo-demographic and contact centre systems. Danny is a graduate (1981) with distinction in Pure Mathematics from the Technion (the Israel Institute of Technology). |
