North East Contact Centre Awards 2014 – Winners announced The winners of the 2014 North East Contact Centre Awards have been announced. Categories included Brightest New Star, Contact Centre Dream Team, Contact Centre Team of the Year and Best People Developer. The Contact Centre of the Year (Under 250 seats) went to London & Country Mortgages, and the Contact Centre of the Year (Over 250 seats) Award went to Barclays. Response MD wins ‘Chief Executive of the Year’ Brian Bannatyne Response’s Managing Director, Brian Bannatyne, won the ‘Chief Executive of the Year’ award at the annual HR Network National Awards. “It’s great to get external recognition for the business,” said Brian. “We have made a lot of progress over the last 5 years and that’s down to the hard work and creativity of our people.” Magnetic North receive full Microsoft certification for Lync compatibility Magnetic North have received full Microsoft certification for Lync compatibility. David Ford The company’s SIP trunking solution can now be fully integrated with Microsoft’s Lync, allowing all calls and communications (including video and instant messaging) to be delivered to users via one SIP connection.
