…And Holger Reisinger Named ‘New Way to Work Global Ambassador’

Jabra has announced that Holger Reisinger, its Senior Vice President of Marketing, Products and Alliances, has been named a New Way to Work global ambassador by Unify.

The ambassador programme honours leaders who have recognised the impact of global work trends on today’s business, have prioritised new strategies for communications and collaboration and are successfully navigating the changing technology business landscape to embrace this new way to work.


Vizolution wins at Made in Wales Awards

Vizolution has won the coveted Technology Award at the 2014 Made in Wales awards for their screen sharing solution vScreen.

Nice named leader in Customer Interaction Analytics

Nice Systems has been recognised by research firm Ovum as a leader in the Customer Interaction Analytics market.

In the report, Nice customers expressed that they were particularly impressed with the company’s integration across the tools in the Nice suite, its support and services, and the breadth of its products.

…And receives Microsoft Lync Qualification

Nice Systems has announced that the Nice Trading Recording solution has been qualified to support Microsoft Lync, Microsoft’s next generation unified communications software.

“With the already extensive number of Nice Trading Floor deployments in trading floors throughout the world, Microsoft Lync qualification is an important and logical step to expand our integration possibilities in the financial sector,” said Yaron Morgenstern, General Manager, Financial Markets Compliance at Nice.


Azzurri wins Best Enterprise Hosted Solution

Azzurri Communications has gained the Best Enterprise Hosted Solution accolade at the annual Comms National Awards, which highlight the greatest achievements and innovations of the communications industry.

Azzurri won the award for the ICON Communicate solution delivered to the City & Guilds Group, a global leader in skills development. The solution enables 2,500 City & Guilds Group employees to work anywhere, whether in the office, on the move or on clients’ premises.

Aston Villa secures ‘Best use of Technology’ with Rostrvm Solutions

Aston Villa Football Club’s Consumer Sales Department, which is supported by technology from Rostrvm Solutions, has won the ‘Best use of Technology’ category at the Midlands Contact Centre Forum Awards Programme.

The Consumer Sales Department uses rostrvm Inbound ACD and Outbound dialler – and CallGuide on the desktop for scripting and process management, recording calls for monitoring and training purposes, as well as for full report functionality per campaign and user.
