NICE wins Customer Service Excellence Awards

NICE Systems is the recipient of two Multi-Channel Customer Service Excellence Awards – for Intelligent Analytics and Digital Recording – in the Product of the Year category. The awards ceremony took place during the opening night of the CONAREC 2013 conference in São Paulo, Brazil.

The Multi-Channel Customer Service Excellence Awards recognize companies that significantly impact operational efficiency and deliver superior customer service in their contact centres and throughout their business.

NICE has received the 2013 Speech Technology Excellence Award for its Interaction Analytics solution, and the 2013 TMC Labs Innovation Award for its NICE Customer Engagement Analytics platform.

“Receiving these awards reaffirms the value of our Big Data analytics technologies to help improve customer experience,” said Yochai Rozenblat, President of the NICE Enterprise Group.


Plantronics wins awards for innovation, engagement and flexible working

Plantronics has been presented with awards for ‘Innovation’, ‘Engagement’, and ‘Flexible Working’ at the Top Employers for Working Families awards.

Interactive Intelligence achieves Oracle Validated Integration

Interactive Intelligence has achieved Oracle Validated Integration of the latest version of its IP communications software suite, Customer Interaction Center (CIC) 4.0 with Oracle Sales Cloud. Integrated features include Screen Pop, Embedded Call Controls and Call Activity Management.

“Our CIC and Oracle Sales Cloud integration gives joint enterprise and contact centre customers a streamlined, intuitive user interface for improved service and increased productivity,” said Joe Staples, Chief Marketing Officer for Interactive Intelligence.
