Plantronics named Vendor of the Year by Exertis

Plantronics has been named “Vendor of the Year” by Exertis, a distributor of IT and communications products.

In the past year, Exertis has experienced a 20% boost in business selling Plantronics business solutions, building on a partnership that has seen the company enjoy 10 years of sustained growth with Plantronics technologies.

Webhelp recognised in Outsourcing Report

Webhelp has been acknowledged as a Major Contender in the global customer experience market, in the new Everest Group’s Contact Centre Outsourcing Report – Service Provider Landscape with PEAK Matrix Assessment 2014.

Aspect wins ‘Best Product on Show’ award at Customer Contact Expo

Aspect Software’s new cloud-based platform for contact centres, Zipwire, has won the coveted Best Product on Show Award at this year’s Customer Contact Expo.

NICE Systems was selected as a Best of Show winner at FinovateFall 2014 for its Real-Time Authentication demonstration in New York City.

Interactive Intelligence named in Top Collection and Dialler Solutions

Collection Advisor magazine has named Interactive Intelligence’s software among its 2014 top collection and dialler solutions.

The Interactive Intelligence Interaction Collector software was named a ‘Top 4 High-End Collection Solution’, while the company’s Interaction Dialer software was named a ‘Top 5 Predictive Dialler Solution’.

InVision named National Champion

InVision has been named as National Champion in the European Business Awards, representing Germany.

The awards engaged with over 24,000 businesses from 33 European countries. In total, 709 companies from across Europe, including 30 companies from Germany, have been named as National Champions, going through to the second phase of the competition to be voted “Public Champion” and with the opportunity of winning a prestigious “Ruban d’Honneur” as one of Europe’s brightest businesses.
