VoltDelta receives Implementation Award

VoltDelta has been named along with Rx Outreach as the recipients of a Speech Technology Magazine 2015 Speech Industry Award in the Implementation Awards category.

VoltDelta was recognised for deployment of its DeltaDialog IVR solution for Rx Outreach, which provides inbound self-service and outbound prescription reminders for those requiring affordable medications.

“VoltDelta’s reliable and scalable IVR platform combined with our experienced Voice User Interface (VUI) design team is engaging callers with dialogues that are perceived as intelligent through the use of contextual awareness,” said Yusuf Bulan, General Manager of VoltDelta. “This enables Rx Outreach to deliver a better level of customer care for their clients.”


NICE receives two TMC Awards

NICE Systems has received two awards from TMC’s CUSTOMER magazine.

NICE received the 2015 TMC Labs Innovation Award for its Robotic Automation solution, which optimises back-office efficiency and resource allocation.

NICE also collected a 2015 Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award for the NICE Engage Platform and Advanced Interaction Recorder (AIR).

“We are honoured that TMC has recognised both NICE Robotic Automation and the NICE Engage platform among the most innovative solutions on the market,” said Miki Migdal, President of the NICE Enterprise Product Group. “The award is a testament to our commitment to helping companies streamline their operations.”


InVision wins Silver Stevie Award

InVision has been named the winner of a Silver Stevie Award in the ‘Company of the Year’ category at the 12th Annual International Business Awards (IBA).

As one of the winners, InVision now competes in the People’s Choice Stevie Awards in the ‘Computer Software’ category, which is open for voting at peopleschoice.stevieawards.com. The public voting will conclude on 11th September 2015.
