The over-arching focus of his work over 25 years has been in the area of customer led growth. John is passionate about customer experience as a strategy to drive customer loyalty, employee pride and profitable growth. He believes that every successful customer strategy needs to focus first on the people within the organisation – without whom nothing will happen.
John founded CP2 in 2008 to work with clients committed to differentiating themselves through the experience they deliver to customers. His experience has enabled him to combine senior line management roles with that of a consultant, facilitator and board level advisor.
