Be obsessive about staff happiness

There is an old adage – “Happy staff = happy customers”.

If your staff are happy there is a very good chance this will be reflected in phone calls with customers.

This should lead to an increase in customer satisfaction.

  1. The best way I know to make them happy is to engage them in their work, improving their systems and processes.

    If you can pull that off then not only do you have happy staff you also have a better operation, happier customers and lower turnover
