If you are not careful, over time, the contact centre can look a bit of a mess. Old posters on the walls, piles of old paperwork on the desks, and piles of old food in the fridges.
Do a regular ‘clean room’ session on the contact centre. Clear out old stuff, give it all a spring clean and get rid of the clutter. If you can, bring in the decorators over the weekend to paint the walls and fit new carpet.
It will make the call centre feel much fresher and refreshed, and may help to reinvigorate the whole centre and reduce stress. And that can’t be a bad thing.
