The recent merger of Aspect Software and Noble Systems, to become Alvaria, has created a centre of excellence that benefits customers of both companies and beyond.

And now, we are excited to host our first Alvaria Customer Experience (ACE) Conference this September. 

This full-blown virtual event will offer something for all Noble and Aspect users around the globe, along with customer experience executives, industry analysts, and anyone focused on reshaping customer experience.  

Our spotlight is on customer experience. Our keynote will offer an exclusive look at trends from brand and customer loyalty expert Alex Hunter, the former global Head of Digital at The Virgin Group.

We’ll also have discussions and insights from subject-matter experts and industry analysts, including Nancy Jamison from Frost & Sullivan and Mary Wardley from IDC.  

You’ll hear directly from our executive team about emerging technologies and where Alvaria is going. You’ll also get a look at our product roadmap and get details about the new Alvaria user group.

Additionally, you’ll  have opportunities to join think-tank-style breakouts discussing topics critical to success with CX, and discussions with our product teams to offer feedback that will help shape the future of the products you use today.

We will also have sessions on best practices, tips and tricks from product experts, product deep dives, customer stories, executive briefings and more.
