Contact Centre Partners (CCP) have launched PACT (Planning, Analytics & Communication Technologies) to solely recruit specialist roles within the contact centre industry.

Director Deren Zaghlul said, “When we formed CCP in 2010, we focused on all aspects of contact centre recruitment, but it soon became apparent that the areas covered by PACT needed specialist attention. Whilst Mark (Conway) and his team have continued to focus on operational recruitment, my team and I have been working roles within Planning, Analytics & Communication Technologies for over 18 months. By rebranding to PACT, we are hoping the contact centre industry recognises our niche specialism, and whilst we are still part of CCP and work closely with them, we are now a specialist recruitment brand within our own right.”

The new CCP website has also been launched with improved job search and application functionality.

Director Mark Conway said, “When we started in 2010, I am not afraid to say I designed the website myself to save costs. That site served a purpose, but we have expanded hugely in the past two years and the business is unrecognisable from when we first started. This summer we have invested heavily in cloud-based technology with a new CRM, Broadbean, and now the new fully integrated website. We are hoping for more to come over the next year, with a smartphone app in the offing, but for now we are really pleased with the end product.”

Contact Centre Partners and PACT are proud of their growth since 2010 and with the use of new technology hope to expand further over the coming years. “We have grown so much and have really tried to invest in our staff, and we work with some amazing global brands which we don’t take for granted,” said Zaghlul. Conway added, “It’s been a mad couple of years, but we are no longer a start-up business, and to be honest, we are far too busy recruiting to stop, reflect and pat ourselves on the back”.
