The Future of Customer Engagement Hubs: Remote, Digital, Value-Generating

Excellent customer service as we know it has drastically changed since the pandemic erupted across the globe. There is a greater emphasis on customer empathy and increased adoption of digital tools, on top of a shift in customer journey management. Coupled with the inability to return to a full in-person-only workforce, contact centre agents are forced to adopt remote working tools in one form or another. Any thought of returning to contact centre operations in the past are now futile, and contact centre leaders are beginning to explore new ways of work, in this new, “new normal”.

Returning to Singapore in March 2022, we will once again bring contact centre leaders across Asia together to debate on the future of customer engagement hubs. Industry leaders and peers will discuss omni-channel management strategies, technology-driven contact centre operations, remote-first workforce management, and ultimately look at how contact centres can be transformed into profit-generating, value-driven functions.
