We're trying to understand what the UK average absence rate is for call centres. We currently track is as days per FTE per month.

Can anyone shed any light on what the UK national average is within call centres currently?

The average is 4.1 sickness absence days per employee
According to the ONS in 2017 (The last year for which we have statistics) Average number of days lost due to sickness per worker is 4.1 (A day is defined as 7.5 hours).
