Adherence rules for a small outbound team.
Hi Guys,
I'm building a small outbound team of 8 agents using a power dallier that relies on at least 6 agents being in adherence at any one time.
Question is can I restrict the agents to only having a comfort break ONE at a time, unless its an emergency?
Or at least ask nicely if we could try to do this, otherwise the system does not run well?

Seems a not unreasonable approach to me. You need to explain why. If you worked in a small office or shop, there is often only one toilet, so people wait until the toilet is free until they take their comfort break.
