Agents do not have access to Agent Webstation in IEX

Agents do not have access to Agent Webstation
I create 9 new agents in IEX and their schedules show up in IEX and Agent Webstation. None of them can get into AWS and run into a red "Authentication failed. Please Try again." message. How can I get them into AWS?
