Avaya CMS - How to Find Min/Max Call Lengths?
Hi, is there any way to find the min/max call length within a specific skill? I currently use Avaya CMS but cant seem to locate the data. For example, 100 calls came into skill A with an avg of 10 minutes avg acd time - is there any way to break this up further and see what the shortest and longest call lengths were? Thanks!

Call Detail Records
The only way that I know how to do this is to go through the Call Detail Records. It is a bit time consuming, but should give you the level of detail that you are looking for.
