AVAYA CMS REPORT - transferred calls to specific vdn
Hi all,

can I create a report (historical if possible) that shows the transferred calls to a specific vdn (TRANSFERRED shows ALL transferred calls)?

f.e.
the call enters in ALFA vdn and the agent is able to transfer the call to vdn beta, gamma, delta,..

I have to see only the calls transferred to vdn beta.


I use CMS Supervisor r18

This shows details of all of the vdn reports and the labels that you should need to build a custom report.
