Benchmark in direct calls V sales
My team are moving from mainly inbound to mainly outbound sales. I was wondering if there is a benchmark for vol of calls verus sales I was working on a 10% .

It depends on the type of business
It is very hard to place an accurate figure on this as it very much depends upon your type of business. It would typically be in the 1% to 10% figure for outbound depending upon the type of relationship that you have with the customer.

The only way to find out is to do a pilot scheme and to see what the rough figure is.
