Calculate dollar value of an additional second of AHT in call center
Can anyone provide a way to calculate the cost of each second of AHT in a call center on an on-going basis as each measurement changes within the calculation.

You need to work out cost per minute
The first question that I would ask is why are you measuring this? AHT is a very poor measure of efficiency as it does not look at the results of a call.

You can squeeze AHT but that may drive down your First Contact resolution Rate. So it could be penny wise pound poor.
