Calculating adherence
Hi guys, so I am trying to do a report to measure adherence. The thing is that my agents have 2 lunches and they use the same aux for both of them. How should I "tell" excel how to tell each of them apart if I want to compare that they go at their scheduled time for each?
Is there a way to do this? I feel like I am stuck and there may be an easy fix but I can't come up with it.

Just record in and out of adherence time
Unless I am missing something you just need to record in and out of adherence time

If you look at the agent activity report and compare this to schedule, it should give you the details you are looking for.
