Calculation of answered calls for a specific nb of agents
Hello,
I have troubles retro-calculating the planned Service Level...
With my assumptions / parameters the required number of agents is let's say 100 per period without shrinkage.
But due to external constraints, I know I wont be able to plan for 100 but more about 80 who will be available for this inbound call flow.
With an AHT per call of 500 sec, how am I suppose to calculate the number of calls that will be handled by 80 agents and deduce then the expected service Level based upon these 80 agents.
