We search a software to our call center for inside -mystery shopping. Do you have any experience and if yes, please could you recommended?

Needed features are:

- Our own mystery shopper will make a call to our customer service and during the call he/she can mark in the software (concerning this call) e.g. how was... a agent mood, -sales skills, -speech clearness, -professionality, etc.

- Software can create a campaign for a specific customer service queue

- call recording and connect to marked call or campaign

- software should produce analysis and reporting from a single call or an call campaign
