Call Monitoring Excel Workbook
Hello, I have downloaded the Call Monitor workbook and I think it is a great tool. However we would like the representative to score themselves and then have the supervisor score the call within the same workbook. When the supervisor scores the call it changes the MSR's score that they had already submitted. I have tried to copy the worksheets and rename them for that purpose but I cannot get the supervisor review worksheet to unlink from the MSR review. I then tried to link the supervisor review with the supervisor score sheet but it would no longer calculate the score. Would someone be able to help me with this scenario?
