Hi, is anyone aware of any stand-alone software that is available to log and collate types of calls/enquiries received? I know that this is available through various CRM systems but was looking for some software that is just for logging call types. Thanks.

i always thot you have to defined it yourself sanctioned by your business process or rules... i may be inaccurate here.

Hi Tompa,

An intelligent system will able to auto track the call type according to certain "KeyWords" setting but cost inccur.

There will be a need to identify what was your actual need and objective, if not so important an simple excel also can do but manual input for the case type by each employee.
