Call Volume Forecasting Margin of Error
I work for a small call center and we are testing a software to help us with forecasting call volume.
Since I am newbie at call center, one question arose is what is the margin of error allowed for a software to forecast call volume? Is it 5% 10% or what will be an optimal margin?

Forecast Accuracy - Anything under 10% is considered good
First of all make sure that you are using a method like MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) based on intervals) rather than comparing total calls for the whole day.
