Can Verint Impact 360 be used to forecast/schedule for Outbound calling?
is anyone aware if Verint Impact 360 can be used to schedule for OB calling. Am in terested if a forecast can be produced. is there a module specifically for OB calling? Our vendor seems not to know.

I would have thought that Impact 360 would be suitable for this as it is a very flexible WFM. My suggestion would be to contact Verint directly. You can find details through their website.
