CMS Custom reporting (R17)
Hi, I am very self taught in CMS and need to create a custom report for our top 30 clients with the following criteria;
1.Grade of service - 5 secs, 10 secs, 15 secs, 20 secs, 30 secs, 40 secs, 50 secs and 60 secs
2.Speed of answer
3.Number of inbound calls
4.Number of abandoned calls
5.Avg abandon time
6.Talk time
7.Longest Wait time
I can create a report with items 2 to 5, struggling with the other 2 areas.
Also the report needs to have the skills i need to report on in the background, so we dont have to input them every time we run the report.
I can do the report by VDN, however one of our client VDN's does not report correctly and cannot be fixed
Any help would be greatly appreciated as first time creating a report of this nature
