I'm looking to create a report via CMS Supervisor that shows the historical/actual data of all agents (or i can manage at agent level and sum from there) so that I can see the duration of their actual agent states down to the 15 minute interval (so acw/aux/talk time etc). Having trouble configuring a report to do so.
