Does anyone have a successful cost justification for additional training resource? I have more CV's than one could possibly expect to interview, a room booked and a capex unsigned !!

Yes, I have methodology but I'm not sure what question you are asking.

A training resource is anything from an OHP, CR Rom, room, brochure etc. Are you are looking to justify an additional trainer specifically for long term delivery or short term or simply justify supplementary training or training itself?

Ahhhh now it becomes clear Lesley, you are looking to hire a new trinaer and dont have sign off.

Simply justify the position using the same criteria as a non-training job - demand, workload, profit, efficiency.

If you are looking to justify training or are unsure how to evaluate ROI for this, then thats a whole new ballpark, but one that isnt necessary to visit to hire a new trainer.
