Customer effect
Hi all,

I try to model relationships between inbound calls and fault number and I need an article or something about
how many customers who affect outage (such as blackout or water cut, etc.) are notified by call center

It needs to be done by observation
The only way to really do this is either by using a percentage estimate, or by modelling this on real events and making a scatter graph.

There is no substitute for modelling it on real data from your business.
