We are reviewing our current customer service model to make sure we're geared for the next 3 years, plus many other reasons. Do any of you have a template or framework we can use as a guideline? Also Any latest research on call centre models for today's always on customer? Will appreciate any help

I'm not sure of what is in your current model, so it would help if you can share the contents.

For more detail on what you should include in your new model I would suggest that you read this article on the Contact Centre Manifesto. It was a big group exercise that we did looking at what many contact centres are missing. It took us around 18 months to complete and should give you some good pointers.
