DEFAULT AUX and OUTBOUND CALLS
I need to figure out how to run a report that details outbound calls and times so I can deduct that from AUX times and track outbound calls made . We have to make outbound calls ( in between in coming calls) so the time spent on that needs to be accounted for . Also I would like to track the numbers to see if any excessive personal calls are being made .
